Request for North Anna Information Attachments: RCorreia Aug 24.docx; CHunter 8 25 11 North Anna Questions.pdf Rich Correia, Office of Research, requests information as in the first attachment. Chris Hunter specified more details as in the second attachment.

In discussing it with the Senior Resident, he indicated that you/your group are likely to have already compiled much of the requested information. If so, could you respond to RES's request for information?

I considered requesting this from the licensee staff but refrained due to the burdens they are already responding to including the upcoming hurricane this weekend.

A comment regarding item 2 in C. Hunter's questions is that I understand the 2H DG was repaired but was not immediately returned to Operability, due to other higher priority items at the time. It was considered available and later the post-maintenance test activities were completed. If you can elaborate on that, it could be useful.

N Anna info Joe, Allen, Do you have any information on the sequence of events that occurred at N. Anna yesterday when and after the earthquake hit? My ASP/PRA folks are interested and would like to evaluate the event. I'm not asking for anything to be created but if there is information you could share we would be grateful.
