The purpose of this letter is to respond to questions raised during discussions with the NRC Staff on July 28, 2011, regarding a request to implement changes to one system affecting Watts Bar Unit 2 concurrent with TVA's Nuclear Fleet Wide implementation schedule. contains TVA's response to questions. Enclosure 2 provides supporting information, via several attachments divided into four groups.

Both Enclosures 1 and 2 (including attachments) contain security-related information. TVA requests that Enclosures 1 and 2 be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390, "Public inspections, exemptions, requests for withholding."

There are no new regulatory commitments contained in this letter.
