Additional Information Regarding Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR)

Chapter 7, 'Instrumentation and Controls Review"'

The purpose of this letter is to provide documents that TVA committed in the referenced letter to submit by April 9, 2009. Specifically, in response to Question 4, NRC requested TVA to identify the documentation that will be submitted for each un-reviewed digital instrumentation and control system and component and the associated docketing schedule. In response, TVA committed in part to provide proprietary versions of the WBN Unit 2 Post Accident Monitoring System (PAMS) Licensing Technical Report (Document Number WNA-LI-00058-WBT, Revision 0) and the Software Requirements Specification for PAMS (Document Number WNA-SD-00239-WBT, Revision 1).

The Enclosure contains these two documents, as well as their affidavits for withholding.

Additionally, the affidavits for withholding for two of the other three proprietary documents referenced in TVA's response to Question 4 that were provided with the referenced letter are also enclosed. Specifically, enclosed is the affidavit for the following proprietary documents:

System Design Specification (Document Number WNA-DS-01667-WBT, Revision 1) and System Requirements Specification (Document Number WNA-DS-01617-WBT, Revision 1).
