SUMMARY

OF MARCH 25, 2011, SECURITY ANNUAL ASSESSMENT MEETING WITH CONSTELLATION ENERGY, LLC In accordance with Inspection Manual Chapter 0320, Operating Reactor Security Assessment Program, a security annual assessment meeting was conducted at the R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant, 1503 Lake Road, Ontario, New York, between the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and Constellation Energy, LLC on March 25, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. The NRC presented and discussed its assessment of the security performance of the Ginna Nuclear Power Plant for the period between January 1 through December 31, 2010.

The NRC presentation for the security annual assessment meeting included information on the Reactor Oversight Program (ROP), an overview of national ROP results, and the results of the NRC performance assessment for Ginna.

This Meeting was closed to public participation due to discussions involving site-specific, security-related procedures and Safeguards Information (SGI).
