RE: Crystal River Unit 3 Containment Delamination Issue - NDE Testing Good morning Meena; As stated in the voice mail I left you, I spoke to both George and Farhad. Their support essentially 100% of their time will be needed for review of calculations, DBA and root cause analysis through the month of February. Farhad indicated that for him this means 90% averaged out over that period, with the CR SIT receiving priority. George will be in India for a week over that time period and we are planning that Dan Naus could provide the support needed to cover for George.

I was not planning on submitting a detail schedule. Let me know if this satisfies your needs.

Crystal River Unit 3 Containment Delamination Issue - NDE Testing Hi Lou, I received your voicemail message, thank you. I do look forward to receiving your email regarding Region Il's/SIT's expectations from DE/EMCB wrt tasks/milestones/due dates, so that we can include these milestones, etc., into our "path forward" plan that Billy is developing for us, which we will share with you and Mark in the very near future for comment.

Also, if possible, could you please send something similar, wrt expectations of the NDE testing aspects, to Ali Rezai and his BC, Tim Lupold. I spoke with Ali today, and he indicated that it would be very helpful to him if he were to receive a description from you with regards to your expectations on what you are looking for wrt his assessment of Progress Energy's NDE testing (i.e., methodology used, robustness of the testing conducted, etc.).

Please note that it is our intent to provide you with all of the support that you and the region require to adequately address this issue. NRR continues to consider this issue as a high priority issue and your information will really help us in planning our workload to ensure that we are all working towards the Region's/SIT's expectations of providing timely assessments/input to adequately address the issue.

PIs call me if you have any questions. 4/
