Crystal River Containment/Delamination Issues I appreciate you including Region I (iohn.whiteDnrc..qov) in the loop relative to the Crystal River containment issue. As you know, TMI will be going into outage (on or about 10/24) to also accomplish steam generator replacement. Additionally, TMI has a containment structure similar in design to CR, and will be removing sections (liner and concrete) in much the same manner to accommodate OTSG replacement. Accordingly, we request that you include Region I on briefings by your SIT, e-mail distribution of information, photographs, etc.
