- Terri, I'm checking with Rich (who is on travel to New York right now) to see if there is a problem asking for the additional aqatic/temperature information. I dont see a problem myself but I want to get the 'ok' from Rich first. Secondly, I've found the ML#s for all the Ecological Reports that we have. They are as follows:
Ecological Studies of the Connecticut River Report 35 (2005) - ML061770396 Report 34 (2004) - ML060300086 (Look in Attachment F, page 402)
Report 33 (2003) - ML061880141 Report 32 (2002) - ML062500425 Report 31 (2001) - ML061880123 Report 30 (2000) - ML062510051 Report 24 (1994) - ML061870483 Report 22 (1992) - ML061870335 We do have the entire Report 31, for some reason I did not print out the entire report when I brought it with me to the writing session last week. Let me know if the temperature data you need is still not in there. I will request it from the licensee if it is not.
I also have the ML# for the Hydrothermal Modeling Report (Appendix 3 to the 2004 316(a) Demonstration, the ML# is ML062830422. I've placed the 2004 316(a) Demonstration Report in to the Document Processing Center to get scanned into ADAMS. As soon as I get an ML# for it I will forward it to you FYI.

Hi Jason - Bill V said that the aquatic guys would like to see more temperature data from the 1980s and 1990s - especially over the summer period when VY was operating only in closed-cycle. They have the demonstration reports already - but those do not have the data he's requesting. I was wondering if we could request this data from the applicant soon?
