Palisades Assessment Results (Jan 1 - Dec 31, 2004) z Licensee Response Column: Based on all PIs and inspection findings being Green.

z Supplemental Inspection Procedure (IP) 95001 was conducted to review the circumstances surrounding one White finding, from the 2nd quarter of 2003, and determined that Palisades staff conducted an adequate root cause evaluation.

Safety Significant Findings or PIs All inspection findings and PIs indicate performance at a level requiring no additional NRC oversight (Green).

Palisades Annual Assessment Summary January 1 - December 31, 2004 z NMC operated Palisades in a manner that preserved public health and safety.

z NRC plans baseline inspections at Palisades for calendar year 2005.
