Follow-up Inspection

  • The inspection also included an independent NRC review of the extent of condition and extent of cause.
  • Team concluded there were no significant weaknesses.
  • In addition, the inspectors independently assessed whether any safety culture component caused or significantly contributed to the performance issue.

Safety Culture

  • 120 individuals were interviewed.
