Follow-up Inspection
- The inspection also included an independent NRC review of the extent of condition and extent of cause.
- Team concluded there were no significant weaknesses.
- In addition, the inspectors independently assessed whether any safety culture component caused or significantly contributed to the performance issue.

Safety Culture
- 120 individuals were interviewed.
- The inspection team determined that, although there are still some challenges, the safety culture was adequate and is improving safety culture was adequate and is improving.
