We have completed the review of your request for relief from ASME Code requirements, dated April 18, 2008. In that request you referred to Westinghouse Nuclear Safety Advisory Letter NSAL-00-006. We have been unable to find NSAL-00-006 in NRC's ADAMS or any other agency records. Before we can issue the response to your relief request we will need to enter NSAL in ADAMS and make it publicly available. Could you please send a copy of the referenced NSAL electronically, so that we can place it in ADAMS and make it publicly available. We will then be able to issue our response.
