SUMMARY

The FitzPatrick plant - with the exception of minor derates for rod adjustments - operated at or near rated power during the month of June 2002 except for the following:

0 June 24, 2002 - 0700 The plant commenced a shutdown to replace 'C' and 'F' SRVs. The generator was taken offline at 1431, and all control rods were inserted at 2232. Outage work was completed, and startup was begun at 0753 on June 26 when the mode switch was placed in the STARTUP / HOT STANDBY position. Control rod withdrawals began at 0841 and the reactor was made critical at 1153. The generator was placed online at 1028 on June 27. Power ascension continued until full power was achieved at 1950 on June 29.

The outage duration (generator offline) was 67 hours7.75463e-4 days <br />0.0186 hours <br />1.107804e-4 weeks <br />2.54935e-5 months <br /> and 57 minutes.
