On June 24, 2024, the NRC requested additional information about Event Report 57172, submitted to the NRC pursuant to 10 CFR 26.719 on June 13, 2024.
The Attachment to this letter contains Constellation Energy Generation, LLCs (Constellation) responses to the NRCs requests for information in Reference 1.
Public disclosure of the Attachment to this letter would constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy as provided in 10 CFR 2.390(a)(6). Therefore, Constellation requests that the Attachment to this letter be exempt from public disclosure.
