Included a review of allegations received by Region III regarding the conduct of security drills, cocaine use, and guard force activities.
Results: The allegation regarding the conduct of security drills was not substantiated; no conclusion could be reached regarding cocaine use; and many of the allegations relating to security force activities were substantiated; however, there were no violations of NRC requirements.
