O sfn Thank you for your letter dated January 15, 1981, superseding your original letter of November 19, 1980 in which you informed us of the steps you have taken to correct the items of noncompliance we brought to your attention in Inspection Reports No. 50-440/80-20 and No. 50-441/80-18.
Based on the information provided in your letter and by Mr. M. R. Edelman in a telephone conversation on January 26, 1981 with Mr. D. W. Hayes of this office, we have no further questions in regard to Item I, and will review your corrective actions during a future inspection.
In regard to Item II we understand that you will document the concrete truck agitating revolutions and discharge times either by recording them on the batch plant ticket or by providing a discreet line item on the pour inspection plan.
We further understand, concerning Item III, that you will not substitue written examinations for an inordinate portion of the work experience required by ANSI N45.2.6-1973. We will review these items during a subsequent inspection.
