Thank you for your response of July 19, 1988, to our Notice of Deviation issued on June 29, 1988, concerning activities conducted at your Vogtle facility under NRC License No. CPPR-109.
You response acknowledges this Notice incorrectly as a violation.
Based on telephone conversations with your licensing staff, we agree that this was only a clerical documentation error
- d that the information provided satisfactorily covers the elements required o' the Notice of Deviation. Therefore, we will examine the implementation of your stated corrective action during future inspections.
