H. Gray of this office on September
October 4, 1985 of activities authorized by NRC License No.
CPPR-112 at Nine Mile Power Station, Unit 2 located at Scriba, New York and to the discussions of our findings held by E.
H. Gray with C.
Beckham of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the NRC Region I Inspection Report which is enclosed with this letter.
Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, measurements made by the inspector, and observations by the inspector.
Our inspector also verified the steps you have taken to correct the violations brought to your attention in the enclosure to our letters dated September 1,
1982 and March 21, 1984.
We have no further questions regarding your action at this time.
In addition, our inspector examined those activities conducted under your license relating to the subject covered in your letter to Mr. R. T. Carlson dated August 1, 1980 enclosing the final report on the biological shield wall in accordance with 10 CFR 50, Paragraph 50.55(e).
We have no further questions regarding this matter.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were observed.
