Areas Inspected:
Unannounced, routine physical security inspection of:
Security organization Security Program Audit, Testing and Maintenance, AssessmentAids,PhyslcalBarriers-VitalAreas,AlarmStation, Communications, Physical Security Program for Power Reactors, Physical Protection - Sa'eguards Information and Follow-up.
During the inspection, portions of Inspection Procedures 30703, 81022, 81034, 81042, 81054, 81066, 81088, 81700, 81810 and 92701 were used.

Results:
In the areas inspected, the licensee's programs generally appeared adequate to accomplish their security objectives.
The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements within the areas examined. A program weakness appeared evident in the handling of Quality Assurance (QA) findings.
In two instances, violations to the approved site Physical Security Plan (PSP)
identified by QA audits were either not fully or not appropriately responded i
to for correction as discussed below in the report details (Items 4.a.(1) and l
l 4.a.(2).
One deviation from a site procedure was also indicated by a QA surveillance (Item 4.b).
