This routine, unannounced inspection was conducted in.the areas of Management

In the areas inspected, violations or deviations were not. identified.

The

'

licensee's personnel who were tasked to perform security. functions were found l

qualified and during contingency response drills it was apparent that they.were

well trained and responded to deter. the threat.

It was noted-that there continues to be long term compensatory measures provided for inoperative or inadequate security hardware.

The licensee continues to experience some

problems with loss of security badges and visitor escort control.
