Gentlemen:
Thank you for your letter dated January 5, 1981, outlining the corrective actions to rectify the weaknesses of the emergency exercise as identified in our letter dated December 10, 1980. These corrective actions will be examined in the future.
In your response, you state there is a possibility cars nay not be available to the Radiation Monitoring Teaa:s (RMT). We recommend better planning and provisions be available for RMT transportation. This will be addressed in an upcoming Emergency Planning Audit after April 1, 1981.
