This acknowledges your letter dated March 12, 1981, which responded to the items of noncompliance identified in IE Inspection Report No. 50-346/80-32, transmitted to you by our letter dated February 12, 1981.
After reviewing your response, we have several questions and comments re-garding the adequacy of your response which are addressed in the enclosure of this letter. Those items requiring a written response w'ithin ten days after receipt of this letter are also addressed in the enclosure. Addi-tionally, we request to be advised if any estimated completion dates identified in your March 12, 1981 letter can not be met.
The information contained in the enclosure to this letter is exempt from disclosure under the provisions of Section 2.790(d) of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations. Consequently,
