Inservice Inspection (ISI) Data Review and Evaluation a.
Scope of ISI Datt The examinations conducted during the 1978 refueling outage represent the completion of the first forty month inspection period of the first ten year interval. The examinations were governed by the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code,Section XI,1970 Edition and the facility Technical Specification.
Subsequent ISI activities will be ruled by ASME_ Code _ editions as required by 10 CFR 50.55a(g-).
The inspector reviewed data provided in the inservice inspection final report for the 1978 refueling outage submitted by Ebasco Ser-vices, Inc. to the licensee.
