Routine, unannounced Physical Security Inspection of the security program imolemented in comoliance with those applicable portions of 10 CFR 73.55 and 73.70.
Specifically, the folicwing:
Security Plan, Security Organi:ation, Physical Barriers, Access Centrols, Detection Aids, Comnunications, Testing and Maintenance, Response Recuirements, and Records.
Licensee's action to IE Circular 77-04 and Bulletin 77-03 will be completed be: ween August and December 1978.
This inspection involved 55 inspector-hours by two inspectors and began during regular hours.

No items of nonccmpliance were identified.
