This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. W. Tobin of this office
on May 16-19, 1978, of activities authorized by NRC License Nos. DPR-50
and DPR-73, and to the discussions of nur findings held by Mr. Tobin
with members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.

Areas exar,ined during this inspection are described in the Office of
Inspection and Enforcement Inspection Report which is enclosed with this

letter. Within these areas, the ins?ection consisted of selective
examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with
personnel, and observatiens by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no items of ncnccmpliance were
observed.

Part 2, Title 10, Ccde of Federal Regulations, dccumentation of your
control and accounting procedures for safeguarding special nuclear
materials and your facility security procedures are exempt frca dis-

the Public Cccument Rocm and will. receive limi ed distribution.
