Paragraphs A.1 of the summary and 3.h of the details relate to a test to determine the effectiveness of part length rods in controlling xenon transients. The need for this test is set forth in Regulatory Guide 1.68.

The licensee does not intend to run this test at n!I.

Instead, he intends to assume the results of the test being run at Oconee-2 are applicable at DtI.
