Each item on the subject list has been reviewed, and based on the inforration available at this time, it appears that all items can be completed before the licensee's scheduled fuel load date (3/19/74), with the exception of Item No. 29 (Complete review of QA Program for Operations and veri-fication of its implementation).

The QA Manual for Operations is scheduled to be received by January 21, 1974.

Upon Region I's review of the QA Manual for Operations and an inspection perfor=ed to verify its implementation, Licensing will be informed as to the RO position as to whether or not Item No. 29 is acceptable.
