In accordance with 10 CFR 50, Appendix E, Section VI. S. a, a description of changes to the Emergency Response Data System (ERDS) data point libraries is being provided in the attachment in the format required by NUREG-1394, Revision 1. The changes indicated for Unit I were implemented on November 16,1997 as a result ofinstalling a new power range neutron monitoring system The changes indicated for Unit 2 are being made in the interest of consistency of data presentation between the two units.
