In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.71, Georgia Power Company hereby submits I signed original and 10 copies of each quarterly amendment to the Final Safety Analysis Reports (FSARs) (Revision 13D) and the Fire Hazards Analysis and Fire Protection Program (FHA) (Revision 10D) for Plant Hatch Units 1 and 2.

FSAR amendments 13A (October 1994),13B (January 1995), and 13C (April 3), and prior FHA amendments 10A (October 1994),10B (January 1995), and 10C (April 1995), in conjunction with enclosed FSAR amendment 13D and FHA amendment 10D, reflect plant changes through January 1995, thereby satisfying the requirements of 10 CFR 50.71.

In accordance with 10 CFR 50.71(e), Mr. J. T. Beckham, Jr. states he is a Vice President of Georgia Power Company and is authorized to execute this oath on behalf of Georgia Power Company, and to the best of his knowledge and belief, the information contained in each of the enclosed FSAR and FHA amendments accurately presents changes made since the previous submittal, necessary to reflect information and analyses submitted to the Commission or prepared pursuant to Commission requirements.
