Based on the penetration's previous performance and historical test results, the failure is considered to represent an isolated case.

Corrective actions were implemented on one primary. containment isolation-valve within the oenetration and additional corrective actions were implemented on components in the associated closed system which provides the second isolation barrier. There are no indications that'large leakages would be expected from this penetration in the future. Consequently the current schedule for performing future ILRTs on Unit 2 will be maintained.

The next ILRT on Unit 2 will be performed during the Fall 1995

~ Maintenance / Refueling Outage which also corresponds to the schedule for the 10-year plant inservice inspections.
