In accordance with 10 CFR 20.2206(c), Pacific Gas and'Electric Company (PG&E) has submitted the Annual Report of Occupational Radiation Exposure for individuals monitored at Diablo Canyon Power Plant (DCPP) during the 2009 calendar year.

The report was created in the electronic format specified in Regulatory Guide 8.7, Revision 2, "Instructions for Recording and Reporting Occupational Radiation Exposure Data." The data file, "2009 DCPP NRC Sub.txt," was submitted electronically on the Radiation Exposure Information and Reporting System (REIRS) web page, http://www.reirs.com/rep web.htm, on March 17, 2010.

There are no new or revised regulatory commitments in this report.
