- 1. Does anchorage of equipment in the area appear to be free of YZ NEi UE' N/AE potentially adverse seismic conditions (if visible without necessarily opening cabinets)?
Facing Containment, the lower left bolt on the lower left brace below 1-CPN-38, does not have full thread engagement (1 threadshy of full engagement). PerDC-D-3053S-430, only 50%
threadengagement is requiredfor full tensile capacity of concrete anchorbolts. Therefore the brace is seismically adequate. - AR 2013-4499 was issued Bolt is backed out of 1-CPN-38, however there is full thread engagement and the nut is tack welded in place - AR 2013-4500 was issued

Plan for Future Seismic Walkdown of Inaccessible Equipment Due to the completion of the DCCNP1 outage walkdown, all equipment included on the DCCNP1 SWELl and SWEL2 have been completed. There are 16 items that have been deferred in DCCNP2. Six of these items were located in Containment inside the Shield Wall and could not be included in the walkdown when the units were at power. There were nine electrical equipment items that could not be opened during the walkdown due to safety reasons.
The remaining item was in an enclosure that also could not be opened for safety reasons in the Auxiliary Building. The electrical equipment items will be inspected at the next service outage for this equipment. The items in Containment and the item in the enclosure in Auxiliary Building will be inspected during the Unit 2 Outage in Fall 2013. Table E-1 summarizes the reasons each item is inaccessible during normal plant operation.
The Area Walk-Bys associated with the items in Containment will be performed concurrently with the component walkdowns. Area Walk-Bys in accessible areas of the plant were performed and are included in this report revision that includes areas containing electrical equipment not accessible for internal inspection.
