Missing nut on tank 2-TK-256 - Later determined this was an abandoned anchor bolt and no nut is necessary. NRC Inspector identified loose JUNCTION boxes 2-NLI-151 and 2-NPS-153 - conduit supported - OK.per SQUG 2-NLI-151.
