Arkansas Nuclear One - Unit 1 Docket No. 50-313 License No. DPR-51 Inservice Inspection Outage Summary Report Gentlemen:
Section 4 " Surveillance Requirements", of the Arkansas Nuclear One Unit 1 (ANO-1) Technical Specifications requires, in part, that Inservice Inspection (ISI) of ASME Ccde Class 1, 2, and 3 components shall be performed in accordance with Section XI of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code anu applicable addenda as required by 10CFR50, Section 50.55a(g).
Article IWA-6230 Section XI of the ASME Code requires the Owner to submit an ISI summary report. This report is due within 90 days of the completion of the ISIS conducted during a refueling outage. The scope of this report is for Class 1 and 2 pressure retaining components and their supports. The purpost of this submittal is to provide the. required summary report.
Attachment 1 provides the summary report of the ISIS performed during the tenth refueling outage (1R10). The forms NIS-2, " Owner's Report for Repairs or Replacements" are provided in Attachment 2 and addresses repairs and/or replacements since i.he completion of the ninth refueling our. age (1R9), January 7, 1991, through the completion of 1R10, May 9, 1992, for ANG-1. The delay in this submittal, as described in letter dated August 7, 1992 (ICAN089202), was due to an unexpected heavy workload following 1R10.
