The contractors were not allowed unescorted access and were provided an opportunity to appeal through the Wisconsin Electric appeal process. There were no appeals and unescorted access was denied for 12 months pending results ofdrug/ alcohol assessment should the individuals reapply for unescorted access at a later date.
