Wre refer tothis type of hazardous waste as mixed or combinedwaste. All mixed or combined waste must be managedaccording to DTSC hazardous waste regulations aswell as United States Nucdear Regulatory Cor~imssion regulations.
M£ixed wastes are stored in closed containers.
Examplesof these wastes include used oil, chemical

Edison ships these wastes off-sitewithin one year from the day they began storage.
Mixedwaste 'does not include the spent nuclear fuel fromthe nuclear reactors.
