Forthesourcerangeinstruments, column6referstoNote2,whichstates,"Channels shouldbeoperableatallmodesbelowthebypasscondition withthereactortripsystembreakersintheclosedpositionandcontrolroddrivesystemcapableofrodwithdrawal".

Contrarytotheabove,sourcerangechannelsN-31andN-32wereinoperable belowthebypasscondition of</=1E-10onbothIRNISchannelswiththereactortripbreakersclosedandthecontrolroddrivesystemcapableofrodwithdrawal.
