programs, andoperatortraining, andareviewofplannedactionsandrelatedprocedures, wehaveconcluded thatourplansandcapabilities forhandlingheavyloadsareinaccordance withourcommitments toexistingregulatory guidelines.

Thisconclusion isfurthersupported bypreviousinternalqualityassurance surveillance.

Specifically, asurveillance wasperfor"..d inOctober1985toverifythattheheavyloadcommitments reflected inAEP:NRC:0514 hadbeenimplemented.

Anothersurveillance, conducted inOctober/November 1993,addressed preventative maintenance oftheauxiliary buildingcranestoensurethattherequirements ofNUREG0554werebeingmet.Additionally, ourreviewconfirmed thatinspecialcircumstances involving movementofheavyloads,specifically theunit2steamgenerator replacement andthespentfuelpoolreracking project,licenseamendments wereobtained.

Atthispoint,wehavenoplansformovementofunusualheavyloadsduringthenexttwoyearswhichwouldrequiretechnical specification changesorotherlicenseamendments.
