assumptions or impacted the capability to perform the intended functions.

GALL - SLR XI.S5 also states, in part, that

[t] he U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Inspection and Enforcement Bulletin (IEB) 80 - 11,

Masonry Wall Design, and NRC Information Notice (IN) 87 - 67, Lessons Learned from Regional Inspections of Licensee Actions in Response to IE

Bulletin 80-11, constitute an acceptable basis for a masonry wall aging management program (AMP).

In the St. Lucie Units 1 and 2 Subsequent License Renewal Aging Management Program Basis Document - Masonry Walls (NEESL00008-REPT-072, Rev. 0),

Section 4.6, Acceptance Criteria, states that masonry block walls are inspected using evaluation basis established in response to IE Bulletin 80 -11. It appears that the evaluation basis of the acceptance criteria only come from the established response to NRC IEB 80- 11, and no other evaluation basis is involved.
