2.3.3.5 2.3-37 The descripton for the Fire Protection /

Service Water does not include the following:

seismic support for fire water system including tanks, standpipes, piping, etc.:

floor drains for removal of fire water structural steel fire proofing Fixed emergency lighting Verify whether the fire protection components listed are within the scope of SLRA in accordance with 10 CFR 54.4(a) and whether they are subject to an aging management review (AMR) in accordance with 10 CFR 54.21(a)(1). If any of the listed components are not within the scope of SLRA and are not

2 subject to an AMR, the staff requests that the applicant provide justification for the exclusion.

2 2.3.3.5 2.3-38 Oil collection dikes and curbs are credited fire protection features. The SLRA, however, only specifies the RCP oil collection system.

Clarify whether other oil collection dikes and curbs such as for the diesel oil and day tanks, pumps, etc. are within the scope of the SLRA in accordance with 10 CFR 54.4(a) and whether they are subject to an aging management review (AMR) in accordance with 10 CFR 54.21(a)(1). If they are not within the scope of SLRA and are not subject to an AMR, the staff requests that the applicant provide justification for the exclusion.

3 2.4.17 2.4-34 Only conduit fire wraps are included in the description of the fire rated assemblies section.

Clarify whether other fire wraps or electrical raceway fire barrier system (ERFBS) credited for cable tray, ducts, electrical panels or junction boxes, etc., if any, are within the scope of the SLRA in accordance with 10 CFR 54.4(a) and whether they are subject to an aging management review (AMR) in accordance with 10 CFR 54.21(a)(1). If they are not within the scope of SLRA and are not subject to an AMR, the staff requests that the
