Dear Craig Erlanger:

The purpose of this letter is to provide updates to the Owners, Officers, Directors, and Executive Personnel (OODEP) form for Centrus Energy Corp. The updated document has been executed by an individual shown on the OODEP Form and is provided as Enclosure 1.

It is requested that Enclosure 1 be withheld from public -disclosure pursuant to 10 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 2.390(a)(6) and 9.l 7(a)(6), which state that personnel and medical files and similar files, the disclosure of which would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy, are exempt from public disclosure. Enclosure 1 contains personal information of this nature.
