LER CONTISL'ATION - Ro# 1-78-91 Facility: BSEP Unit #1 Event Date: 11/20/78 reviewed by all control operators (TI-903). GP-1 will be revised to require control operators to verify a leak test has been completed before startup for each hatch recoved. Also, the drywell closure checklist will be revised to include reinstalled hatch leak rate test verification before startup. These actions should prevent similar events from occurring.
