In response to discussions with your staff, the following information is offered to clarify and cmplify our response, dated September 24, 1990, to Inspection Reports No. 282/90012 and 306/90012.  !

The second paragraph of our response to violation #1 was not intended to take issue with the violation. The purpose of our second paragraph was to identify  !

that prompt operator action was taken upon discovery of the inoperability.
