in accordance with Standard Condition 12, we wish to submi t the following notice of non-compliances:

DISCHARGE: 005 Sani tary Treatment Plant PARAMETER AND PERMIT LIMIT: Total Suspended Solids - Daily Maximum 60 ppm, Monthly Average 30 ppm Requi red 2/ month NON-COMPLIANCE AND DATE: 005 Sani tary Treatment Plant TSS averaged 33 ppm / month for April, 1986.

CAUSE: Hydraulic overloading of the system caused the bio-mass to wash off the filter media in the trickling filter.

CORRECTIVE ACTION: Plans are to remodel existing facilities to handle larger loads or replace existing facilities with new system sized to handle larger loads.
