H07003415 STARTING AIR DECK VALVE (VITS NO.82-131) I During a vendor inspection at the Engine and Compressor Division of Transamerica Delaval Incorporated (TDI), it was determined that efforts are still underway to correct the deficient valve. Subsequent to Vendor Inspection Report No. 99900334/82-01, which discussed this item, a modified valve has successfully completed the seismic qualification test. )

This itam will remain open until adequate corrective actions and preventive measures have been planned and/or taken.
