INVES11GAlIVE REPORT RE: HARASS!'.ENT AfiD INTIMIDATION In (trly 1984, Region IV rectived an investigative report from l'ansas Gas &
Electric Co. (KG&E) documenting an investigation they had conducted concerning a cc: <ait rede by a construction forenian to construction personnel that they could r.ot discuss or report issues with the NRC unless they first "went through" their supcrvisor. Upon the review of the investigative rcport in question that you Fod 1 (cnducted, a number of questions still remain unanswcred. These questions ure idcntified to KG&E pcrsonnel with a request that they be eddressed.

The additional investigative effort conibined with the t u e.ir.c. tion of the foreman in question, and along with the corrective action of ic-i ddrr ssing the unrestricted access to the NRC by all personnel, have -
ad. ,yetely addressed the questionable issues within the KG&E initial report.
