ALLEGATION - February 7, 1984 - 11:50 a.m.

Mr. James J. Gaskill came into the RRI's Office with the following allegation.

0n January 28, 1984, a mechanical / welding QC inspector was verbally

harrassed.over the phone and appro),imately one hour later - directly in front of his supervisor (Rich Booth, Senior QC Supervisor) for H anger f: writing an NCR dealing with improper welding amperage byh' i Superintendent. J The inspector, Rick Dossett, and R. Booth-QC inspector made statements to DIC concerning this harrassment. However, no corrective action has occurred.
