In the Matter of ) Docket Nos. 50-327 Tennessee Valley Authority ) 50-328 SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT - TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION CIULNGE 87-12 In accordance with 10 CFR Part 50.90, enclosed is a requested amendment to license DPR-77 to change the technical specifications of Sequoyah Nuclear Plant unit 1. The proposed change deletes references to the charging system, iodine cleanup system, and the hydrogen recombiner system, and adds the RCS Sample System to section 6.8.5.a of the unit 1 technical specifications.

The proposed technical specification change is identified in enclosure 1. The justification for the proposed technical specification change is provided in enclosure 2. A proposed determination of no significant hazards considerntion performed pursuant to 10 CFR Part 50.92 is provided in enclosure 3.

Enclosed is a check for the $150 amendment application fee required by 10 CFR Part 170.12.
