-Tennessee Valley Authority ) 50-328 i'

SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT.(SQN) - TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION CHANGE 87 AMEND TABLE 3.6-2 0F LIMITING CONDITION FOR OPERATION-(LCO) 3.6.3

. 'In accordance with 10 CFR 50.90, enclosed is a proposed amendment to licenses I

DPR-77 and DPR-79 that amends table 3.6-2 of LCO 3.6.3. Specifically, the proposed amendment adds two valves to the. listing of. flow solenoid valves (FSVs) that receive-a Phase "A" containment isolation signal. .The two valves in question, designated FSV-30-134 and FSV-30-135, were inadvertently omitted from the listing of containment isolation valves given in table 3.6-2. The proposed amendment would add the two valves to table 3.6-2, thereby providing

! for them to be subjected to surveillance requirements (SRs)-4.6.3.1, j -4.6.3.2, -4.6.3.3, and -4.6.3.4. The proposed amendment also relists in sequential order the valves listed in table 3.6-2 so that they are listed sequentially by system number and corrects several typographical errors.

Three enclosures are provided in support of the requested. technical j specification changes. The requested changes are identified in enclosure 1.

l The justification for the requested changes is provided in enclosure 2. A determination of no significant hazards consideration performed pursuant to 10 CFR Part 50.92 is provided in enclosure 3.

Enclosed is a check for the $150 amendment application fee as-required by i 10 CFR Part 170.12.
