The proposed chant,e revises c..tainment systems surveillance requirements 4.6.1.2.g and 4.6.3.2 and table 3.6-2.

The proposed technical specification change is ide.ntified in enclosure 1. The justification for the proposed technical specification change is provided in enclosure 2. A proposed determination of no significant hazards consideration performed pursuant to 10 CFR 50.92 is provided in enclosure 3.

Enclosed is a check for the $150 amendment application fee required by 10 CFR 170.12.
