JOINT REVIEW 0F COMBUSTION ENGINEERING, INC., HEMATITE, MISSOURI, AND NUCLEAR FUEL SERVICES, ERWIN, TENNESSEE, l AUGMENTED INSPECTION TEAM (AIT) REPORTS FOR LESSONS LEARNED Recent incidents at Combustion Engineering, Inc., Hematite, Missouri, and Nuclear Fuel Services, Inc., Erwin, Tennessee, have resulted in investigations by Augmented Inspection Teams (AIT) and the development of AIT Reports. These i AIT Reports may contain points relevant to lessons learned which can be applied to future licensing, regulatory and inspection activities.  ;

I suggest that a joint review of the AIT Reports be conducted by the Operations, Regulatory Development and the Licensing Branchos to identify issues to be included in a Lessons Learned Report. i a
