DOCKET 70-36, J. C. Delaney, Division of Licensing and Regulation requested that DRD release certain quantities of enriched uraniun for use by Mallinckrodt on DRD work (New York Operations Office Project No. 4151-2, Marchant Ship Reactor - Core No.1).
This division hereby agrees to release to the Division of Licens-ing and Regulation 33.0 kilograms U-235 in 4.27. enriched uranium and 36.1 kilograms U-235 in 4.6% enriched uranium for the work mentioned above.
